Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges, unless cancelled within 24 hours of orders being shipped.
Shipping Policy
Full credit card billing address must match the full address of the shipping. We cannot accept orders addressed to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
At this time, we are only accepting orders from residential addresses from the U.S.A. and Canada.
We do not offer Saturday delivery. Please note that we only ship out Monday through Friday, with the exception of US holidays.
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification (an additional 7-10 business days for Ground shipping). We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier, once shipments are picked up per carrier.
Shipping is calculated based on the weight and destination.
Shipped via UPS, FedEx and local carrier USPS.
All non-US customers will be responsible for paying any import taxes associated with purchase and any additional fees or taxes once a shipment reaches international countries. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by the customer.
