What if I do not live in the United States. Can I still place an order?For a few, we can ship orders to countries that have DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Please view our terms for specific details.

What if I changed my mind and want to get a refund or make an exchange ?Unfortunately, we do not offer returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please be aware that you have carefully reviewed ALL information in your order before finalizing your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, e-mail and telephone number.

How do I know that the size I ordered is the right size for me?We have a size chart that you can refer to. Because we don't offer refunds, please be sure to select the correct size. There are no exchanges.

What kind of payments? Can I use PayPal?We only accept card payments, and PayPal is supported on toointomyswag.com, for secure payments. We understand that you might not feel comfortable with entering your card information directly. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

What shipping carrier do you use?We ship all orders via USPS within US and Canada, to help support or mail workers. And USPS, UPS and FedEx internationally. We do not use any other shipping carrier.

When will I receive my order?We will send you an email, with your tracking info, once shipping label been created. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for ground shipping. We only ship on Friday and Saturdays. If your order has not arrived within the normal timeline, please contact us and we will do our best to track your order for you.

Why does my billing and shipping address have to match?To help reduce the risk of credit card fraud, we require a matching billing and shipping address.
