Orders are shipped with multiple carriers, including your local mail carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may include surcharges for heavier / bulky items, depending on destination and restrictions.
We have a 14-day returns policy, from the day you receive your order. We don’t accept returns of "markdown" items or those marked as "Final Sale" excluding Japan.
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund once your return has been processed. For full details, please see our returns policy.
